Layla's 2nd birthday par-tay!

On Saturday, August 8th, we celebrated Layla's 2nd birthday with a slew of family and friends! The party was held at Gymboree Play and Music - and boy! That sure is what we got!

For me, personally, the party was a whirlwind. An hour and a half party that flew by. I hardly even remember much. I guess that is how birthday parties are for mommies. At least when you are hosting them! Check out the birthday girl and all of her friends!

I was not able to snap an individual picture of each party guest as I hoped for because they were too busy running and jumping around, singing, dancing and playing! But, HEY! Who could blame them? Just look at all the fun....

In about 80% of the pictures I have seen, Layla has this stance below...ready to jump and groove! She was goin' 90 to nothin'....

Just like all of the other kiddos...

Layla was blessed to have both set of her gandparents in town to celebrate.

It was another day where the loss of Grandma 'Dina was felt. She is so very missed.
