Treat Her Like a Normal Child

Those are the orders from Layla's pediatrician and the cardiologist she has been speaking with. 

Next steps for Miss Layla:

1.  24 hour holter monitor to quantify how many runs of PAC's she is having, the duration, etc...

2.  See a cardiology specialist...remember the electrophysiologist I linked up yesterday?  Yep, that's the one.

I am actually pretty calm, for me, considering all of this.  But, I know it is because I have been there, done that.  So, I have been able, thus far, to anticipate what is coming at me next. 

The electrophysiologist?  Yep, that will be the part I cannot anticipate. 

But, I know she is in good great, capable hands...that of our Lord.  And those of her wonderful doctor.  I could go on and on and on about her doctor....but, I am just very thankful for her right now.  If she wasn't as thorough as she is...she would have never heard those irregular heartbeats last Friday.  And we may not have had the chance to be so pro-active right now.  God is good.
