for the love of an elephant

I may have mentioned I have started reading Water for Elephants.  Yes, I have.  I am totally wrapped up in it...so much so that I am already on page 239 and I am pretty sure I will finish it tonight.  But...I kinda don't want it to end.  I am actually scared of the ending?

But, I am so in love with the story and the characters.  Nope, have not seen the movie...YET!  But, I have been there, if you know what I mean.  When I am done reading each evening, I feel as if I am walking straight outta the Big Top to my bed, smelling of peanuts.  It is truly that good of a story!  Kudos to Sara Gruen.

Yes, those above words I typed last week before blogger decided to go mental and checked out for a day, while throwing our heart and soul of posts right out the window.  But, I'm not bitter.  grrrrrr....

I had gorgeous words, fabulous photos...all to show how much I truly enjoyed the book.  Did you notice I said "enjoyed?"  I finished it!!!!

It was so glorious....AND I enjoyed the ending so much more than I had imagined.

While I am certain I cannot re-collect the fantastic images I had stored....I will try to embrace the beauty of where Water For Elephants took me to....to an enchanted, magical, vintage era.  Enjoy!

With a secret like that, at some point the secret itself becomes irrelevant.

The fact that you kept it does not.

I loved Water for Elephants! The book was just so amazing and I went to see the movie last weekend and I just wasn't sure if it would be portrayed as great as the book was but it was amazing too. Very similar to the book and Reese and Rob were so perfect!
