What happened?

Layla was wondering what happened to all of the cookies she left out for Santa at Christmas???

I bet you are wondering what in the heck happened to my post about all of our wonderful Christmas Day celebrations.  They are on their way...hey!  And only a month late....

Tomorrow.  I promise.

Play Time

Again...ages ago...in a little city known as San Antonio...

...a lot of things happened around Christmas that I have not blogged about.  Bummer.  So, while I try and catch up, I hope you enjoy!

Here is my Layla bug and Aiden.  Aiden is my good friend, Aaron's little boy.

And you would think by how well these two tots played together, they were actually me and Aaron!  Hey!  They could be if you added 30 years to their ages....oops!  Totally just aged myself, right?

Anyway, here are a few more cute pictures to tickle your fancy.

The half face shot of both of them above - I just adore it.  They were scattering when I would bust open the closet doors.  Too cute...

Move it, people!

Success seems to be connected with action.

Successful people keep moving.

They make mistakes, but they don't quit.

Manic Monday - 13th edition

If at first you don't succeed,

try, try again.

Then quit.

There's no point in being a damn fool about it.

**Side note**  Miss Layla fell at Day Care on Friday afternoon and was left with a ugly scrape on her upper lip/nose area.  It is pretty sad.  Thus, inspiration for my Manic Monday quote!

Unexpected

Unexpectedly.  I feel in love with this room.

This is sooooo not me.  But, I am loving that chandelier-y thing-y?

I love how everything doesn't MATCH, but works!

Hey you, Tim Flach

Hey YOU!!!!

Yeah - YOU!  Not just Tim Flach!  Ha!

How cute it that monkey?

And them too?

I recently discovered Tim Flack Photography and I must say that I am blown away by his take on photography!  It is so fresh and different!

I think any of his masterpieces....yes, I said masterpieces - would add an interesting conversation piece upon viewing.  And I could easily display any and all of his photography art in my home...

STUNNING!
